In this paper, the latest high dynamic range (HDR) technologies for CMOS image sensors (CISs) are presented. In particular, the three single-exposure HDR (SEHDR) technologies of multiple-conversion gain (CG), lateral overflow integration capacitor (LOFIC), and triplequantization (3Q), which have been developed by the author and his research organizations, are summarized.
